Job Description : Description: Florida Urology Partners is seeking to add t to our finance and accounting department and are in search of a staff accountant. This position is responsible for analyzing complex financial reports and records. Analyze and make recommendations based on status of reserves, assets and expenditures. Oversee the preparation of all financial reporting. Prepares and records revenue, liability, expenses and performs balance sheet account reconciliation. Review and implement money-saving strategies. Experience with the medical billing revenue cycle. Assure legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations. Identify financial risks for the company. Able to work with complex financials. Able to work with tight deadlines. Experience with complex payroll is a plus.We offer competitive salary and a VERY generous benefit package.. Requirements: Health care industry experience is not a requirement but preferred, specifically medical group experience. At least 10 years in an accounting or finance role. Bachelors’ degree required. CPA strongly desired. Great Plains software preferred.
