Job Description : Job Description/ Responsibilities:
Updating of Debtors and Creditors Ledger
Preparing Outstanding Statement
Preparing of vouchers
Maintaining of Sales & Expense Register
Preparing Cheques, updating bank statement and doing Bank reconciliation
Assisting Seniors for any other works.
Daily checking of Bank receipts & payments
TDS Working & filling of E-return
Managing day to day accounting works like scrutiny of ledgers
Checking of daily receipts & payments
Resolving any accounts related queries from Customers or Suppliers.
Checking of cash payments of H.O. & branches.
Checking of Sales register, Debtors & Creditors ledgers.
To attend the queries of External Auditors
To coordinate with Management & Head of the dept

Qualification:

B. Com
Good knowledge of Accounts / Accounting Software’s & ERP.
Fluent in Written & Oral English
Well versed with Computer.

Experience: Min 5 – 7 Years

Age -28-34 Yrs.

Location: Head Office at Chembur(W), Mumbai.
