Job Description:
Invoice processing (procurement to payment- P2P) PO and Non- PO invoices
Vendor reconciliation
Responsible for TDS deduction as per the new rules as and when updated
Responsible for GST booking and reconciliation for monthly returns filing.
Reconciliation of TDS for payments and returns filing
MIS reports based on management requirements
BRS
Preparation for monthly provision and posting the entries and reversal with prior approval.
Job Requirements
Follow up with vendors to knock off the advance issued
Dealing with vendor and resolve the issues if any
Dealing with facilities and procurement team for the collection of invoices
Reconciliation of assets in progress account.
Follow up with banker for payment release if there is any issue in Forex payments
Preparation of break up for balance sheet accounts.
Work may be allocated based on the requirements as and when required by management.
