The Accountant will be responsible for assisting in the general accounting functions at Noodle, including but not limited to preparation of journal entries, accounts receivable processing, bank reconciliations, maintain balance sheet schedules, and monthly reporting.
As our Accountant you will:
Prepare monthly departmental financial statements
Assist with monthly, quarterly and annual close process, including preparation of journal entries, P&L review and balance sheet account reconciliations
Prepare audit schedules and work closely with the auditors to ensure the completion of a timely audit
Assist with customer invoicing and Accounts Receivable workload
Responsible for special projects/other miscellaneous and departmental related duties as necessary
You have:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required, CPA strongly preferred
2-3 years of accounting experience required and experience in public accounting preferred
Service-based industry experience preferred
Strong knowledge of Excel required
Experience with NetSuite highly preferred
