Job Description : JOB DESCRIPTION
Passing month end journal entries and preparing GL reconciliations.
Prepare supporting schedules/evidence for audit of accounts.
Support in preparation of financial statements as per Indian GAAP
Complete audit requirement and respond to audit inquiries
Ensure proper accounting at the time of capitalization of fixed asset acquisition and complete documentation and approval on disposal, transfer, and changes in asset
Preparing monthly GST workings for filing GST returns
Working on inward reconciliations and taking necessary actions/ follow up with vendors who have not reported invoices raised on PPD
Preparing monthly e-invoices for domestic and export on GST portal
Preparing e-way bills as when requested by IT/facilities team
Ensuring timely utility payments for location assigned
Ensuring timely payments of statutory dues on monthly basis
Preparing cost plus invoices.
Monitoring to ensure adequate balances in bank accounts.
Processing employee expenses on weekly basis
Guide operational employees with their queries in co-ordination with HR
Other ad-hoc requirements of the role.
Job Qualification
Education and Experience:
CA Inter/ M Com qualification is preferred, working with Service / manufacturing industry
The role requires strong technical accounting skills and preferably experience with statutory reporting and external audit – Accounting Standard basic knowledge would be advantageous
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Efficient in Windows, Word, and Excel.
Must pay constant attention to detail and be able to multitask daily
Good English communication skills
