Randstad has an excellent opportunity to support the day to day interaction and successful relationships with their clients. Required Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree (possible MBA) with 5-8 years of experience.
Previous experience in fund accounting or client service in the asset owner space
Background in fund structures and investment types
Communication and organizational skills and acts with a high level of responsiveness
Responsibilities
Support the day to day client servicing of the client they are assigned to in order to free up the current team to focus on new client conversion (onboarding) activities. Or, depending on the candidate, they will help coordinate the client onboarding activities to allow the current client team to remain focused on their current client responsibilities.
Applies generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) to devise, implement and administer accounting systems in a variety of functional areas to produce/provide appropriate statements and/or management reports.
Prepares journal entries, performs reconciliations, and performs account analysis.
Audits various records to verify accuracy. Instructs or assigns work to clerks and staff engaged in general accounting activities.
