The Accounting Assistant will handle the recording of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable transactions. The Accounting Assistant will work seamlessly with the team to ensure transactions are processed accurately in accordance with specified timelines.Principal Duties and Responsibilities:1.) Work within the accounting systems to export data, import payments, and post payments or adjustments on a daily basis.2.) Create AR invoices and email to customers.3.) Work with customers, the accounting team, and inside sales on resolving collection issues.4.) Enter & reconcile trade accounts payable information into accounting system.5.)
