Job Description : SUMMARY: Analyze financial information and prepare financial reports to determine or maintain record of assets, liabilities, profit & loss, tax liability, or other financial activities within the organization.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.-Responsible for supervising the accounting procedures of the company.-Audit the work of the accounting department.-Prepare, examine, or analyze accounting records, financial statements, or other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.-Report to management regarding the finances of establishment-Establish chart of accounts and assign entries to proper accounts-Develop, implement, modify, and document recordkeeping and accounting systems, making use of current computer technology.-Verify bank of financial transactions-Determine tax liability according to prescribed laws-Make revenue forecasts-Follow tax laws or regulations-Quarterly & Annual Reports-Insurance Renewals-License RenewalsSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: This job carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with organization’s policies and applicable laws.
