Join us as our new Accountant/Senior Accountant be a part of Global Accounts Payable team

Welcome to Global Accounts Payable
The purpose of this role is to perform standard tasks defined by the Manager and to assist other team members in the process.

In this role you’ll make an impact by:
PO and Non PO invoice processing.
GR/IR Reconciliations and clearing, vendor reconciliations.
Bank reconciliations and other Month end activities
Follow-up with Line of business (LOB)/vendors for Problematic invoices.
Posting the journal entries in SAP.
Capturing the correct Tax, with holding tax and other Tax elements.
Project management for invoice automation.
Vendor payments in SAP and in centralized banking system.
Mails on shared mailboxes and all other queries are answered within the time stipulated under the SLA or as agreed within the department.
Invoice upload into SAP this include downloading of vendor invoices from websites.
Proactive approach on vendor reconciliations and ensuring no late arrivals of invoices.
Proactive approach in targeting the percentage of on time payments.
Following with approvers for budget approvals.
Interaction with stakeholders, LOB and external vendors.
Knowledge of Vendor Master is an added advantage.
A successful candidate will have:
Commerce graduate or post graduate.
At least 5-9 years of experience in Accounting. Preferably in Accounts Payable with SAP knowledge.
Advance knowledge in accounts payables and process automation.
Decent Communication skills and analytical skills.
Good experience in SAP.
Decent working knowledge in MS office tools.
Reporting experience is an added advantage.
Stakeholder management and process management.
