Job Description : Hiniker Company is looking for an Accounting Associate to join our expanding Finance department.Duties and Responsibilities:Prepares and processes payments for accounts payable.Review purchase orders and confirm prices and quantity to vendor invoices.Maintain vendor accounts, research, and correct discrepancies.Match and file accounts payable documentation and file weekly.Provide clerical support to the accounting department.Prepares batches of accounts receivable invoices for daily processing.Verifies that transactions comply with financial policies and procedures.Prepares, verifies, and processes accounts payable invoices and coding payment documents.Sort through daily mail.Position Requirements:1. Strong work ethic.2. Comfortable in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.3. Ability to maintain extreme attention to detail.4. Ability to manage time based on daily requirements.5. Problem solver/adapts to changing needs as they occur.6. Ability to communicate via telephone and email.7. Confidentiality8. Enjoys being a part of a team.9.
