JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain and validate vendor master data in the Company’s multiple enterprise resource planning systems.
Ensure ongoing data accuracy through monitoring of data steward rules.
Enter and process credits to dealers and branches for work done outside their established territories.
Perform monthly bank account reconciliations. Independently identify sources of discrepancies, research the root cause, and resolve differences.
QUALIFICATIONS:
2-4 years related experience
High School diploma or equivalent
Good communication skills, problem solving capabilities and attention to detail are necessary
Good computer skills and the willingness to learn how the ERP systems work
