Job Description : Responsibilities: Work for an exciting Architecture/Engineering firm! Seeking an experienced Accounting Clerk for our client in Addison, for a full-time/direct-hire role! This position involves a shared working relationship with other members of the team as well as the client’s accounting department. You will also interact with Production Personnel and the Controller. The successful applicant should possess strong communication, organization and time management skills.Duties Include: Project billings and analysisNew project setupsContract review for accounting related issuesExpense report reviewReviewing and posting timecardsAR/AP/payrollQualifications: 2+ years of experience in accounting in an Architectural/Engineering or Consulting firmDeltek Vision or similar accounting/project management software experience requiredWorking knowledge of MS OfficeAbility to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyCapable of prioritizing duties in order to meet deadlinesExceptional attention to detailHR knowledge a plusCollege degree a plusBiter & Associatesis a direct-hire recruiting firm.
