Job Description : An emerging growth software company is seeking an Accounting Manager to add to their growing organization. Reporting to the CFO, the Accounting Manager will be responsible for the monthly close, financial reporting, and managing the Staff Accountant. This is an ideal role for a motivated individual eager to work with a rapidly growing organization.

Responsibilities:
Manage the monthly accounting cycles that includes: accounts payable, accounts receivable, balance sheet account reconciliations, monthly closeout, GAAP consolidated financial reporting, variance analysis to budgets and forecasts
Tracking of bookings, MRR, Churn, Account Gains/Losses
Detailed tracking on Customer Acquisition Costs and Payback periods
Manage daily activity of accounting staff
Extensive participation during Annual External Audit and bank audits
Assist in managing corporate insurance policies
Evaluate and assess current systems and processes
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Accounting/Finance
CPA or MBA is highly preferred
Advanced Excel skills
Working knowledge of Quickbooks
Highly effective communication skills
