Accounting Manager Responsibilities:Manage a team of accountants that ensures accuracy of property rent rolls, financial reports, budgets and re-projections.Reviews 3rd party property management monthly reports, annual budgets, quarterly re-projections and annual escalation true-upsGenerates financial reports and performs financial analysis as requiredReviews acquisition/sale closing statements; prepares GAAP, Fair Value, and Tax acquisition/sale general ledger close
Accounting Manager Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business5 years Accounting experience2+ years management supervisory experience
