Job Description : Our client is a growing company with a great corporate culture and work/life balance in Ocean County is looking for Accounting Manager to join their team immediately.
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$110,000 – $125,000
Position Overview:
The Accounting Manager’s primary focus is to provide accounting and reporting for the entire organization in compliance with corporate policies.
Responsibilities of the Accounting Manager:
Ensure that the bank’s accounting records are maintained in accordance with GAAP standards
General ledger maintenance and journal entries; working with fixed assets and intercompany accounts
Effectively train and supervise department staff
Responsible for preparing all monthly financial statements
Oversees quarterly report preparation and annual budget
Attend mandatory meetings and training sessions
Month end close and consolidation responsibilities
Financial reporting for multiple entities
Qualifications for the Accounting Manager:
CPA preferred
Public accounting preferred
Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
