Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage accounting staff.
Responsible for all aspects of accounting (accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, general ledger entries, bank reconciliation, credit card expense report reconciliation, cash applications, collections, and payroll).
Responsible for delivering timely and accurate financial processing, month end close, cash management reports, and balance sheet reconciliation.
Determine internal audit scope and develop annual plans.
Requirements:
5+ years of previous accounting experience (public accounting experience a plus)
Extensive knowledge of US GAAP accounting
Experience in fast paced, complex work environments
Proven ability to think strategically and plan effectively
Experience working at a healthcare company and/or at companies with multiple sites and entities
Bachelors Degree in Accounting
