Job Description : The Accounting Manager position will be responsible for all accounting operation of the company including the production of all financial reports, maintaining accounting records, supervision of accounting department employees, and working with all members of management to ensure that all customers’, suppliers, and employee’s needs are met.*Knowledge, Skills & Competencies: *Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldMinimum of 5 years’ experience as an Accounting Manager in a manufacturing environmentDemonstrate working knowledge of accounting principles, including taxes and audit procedures.Solid communication, organizational skills, and detail oriented.Ability to meet strict deadlines.Experience working with foreign entities and foreign currency transactions preferredProficient in Microsoft Office, databases, ERP, and ADPEssential Duties & Responsibilities: Prepare & input all general ledger journal entriesManage accounts payables, receivables, month-end closingsReconcile bank statements, intercompany accounts, and other financial accounts as required by company, federal, state and local regulationsOversee timely renewal and payment for licenses, permits, regulatory contracts, leases, and insurance policiesResearch, audit and resolve all accounting discrepancies.Bi-weekly payrollPrepare any specialized reports as requested.Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information.Job Type: Full-time
