Job Description : Responsible for accounts payable and receivable activities. Prepare weekly cash forecasts, reconciliation of monthly bank statements, and maintain petty cash fund. Maintain employee payroll records, prepare weekly and bi-weekly payroll. Prepare annual W-2 and W-3 forms for state and federal. Prepare and distribute monthly financial statements, cash flow statements, and financial graphs. Assist in preparation of annual budgets, overhead calculations, and distribution of monthly budget reports. Strong G/L experience desired. B.S. in Accounting degree required, as well as 3-5 years of previous or similar work experience.
