responsibilities:

Responsibilities

Preparation of monthly financial statements and account reconciliations, actuals vs. budgets, variance analysis, audit prep and working with the auditors, annual budgeting process, financial forecasting, P&L / balance sheet and cash flow projections.
Cost accounting and inventory reconciliations, support manufacturing operations with inventory control, lobar rates and productivity, cost and customer profitability analysis and developing costing standards.
Maintains the fixed assets and depreciation and special financial analysis projects; must be willing to patriciate in supporting senior management in high level strategic planning.
Multi state sales and use tax reporting and compliance, ERP system projects, daily cash management and support payroll processing, common stock valuations projects; this will lead a team of 2 in AP/AR.

qualifications:

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
Experience working in a Manufacturing Industry.
ERP knowledge, Epicor and Avalara are added benefits.
Easy going, team player, approachable, detail orientated professional.
