Job Description : Due to our national growth, we are looking to add an Accounting Manager in our Jacksonville, FL HQ. This position will manage the Treasury, Cash functions and will be an integral part of the Accounting & Finance team at Triad Financial Services. To summarize the responsibilities and day to day job function, the Accounting Manager position will include the money flow of AP/AR, Wires, Payroll and the credit line draws. The Manager will maintain the banking relationships. This will include the monitoring and oversite of all Triad’s bank accounts and the establishment of new accounts. The Manager will have responsibility for the development and analysis of operating cash forecasting, and oversite of all bank reconciliations. A primary function of the position will deal with the Investor Reserve Accounting. This will consist of investor reserve relations, reserve interest, overage and the monitoring of investor agreements against reserve requirements. Regarding the Corporate credit lines, the Manager will have oversite of the corporate borrowing line and monitor and forecast line usage. They will assess interest expense; collaborate with Corp team and various internal departments.
The qualifications we are looking for in this position are:
An Accounting Degree required, CPA preferred.
5+ years of accounting exp. preferably dealing with cash management.
High level of proficiency in Excel.
Demonstrated collaboration w/Internal & External partners and stakeholders.
Banking background is highly valued.
What we offer:
Base salary range between $78 – $85 doe, annual bonus, full benefit package that includes med/dent/vision, 15 days PTO + 7 paid holidays, 401k w/corp matching.
