Our group of energetic, diverse, and collaborative team members put in the hard work every day to deliver exciting and effective technology solutions to our users.What We’re Looking ForTrumpia is looking for an accounting manager to run back office accounting and analyze operations to optimize the financial health of our company.Key ResponsibilitiesBookkeeping using QuickBooksCash flow managementAccounts Payable including credit card and wireless carrier expensesBilling and Accounts Receivables using online credit card charges, bank wires, & checksPayroll information preparationTax & Government FilingsSales and customer churn analysisGeneral operations and researchPTO managementAudit internal accounting operationsManage 5 part time and/or full time staff membersPricing and margin analysisDesired Qualifications7+ years of experienceProject management experience preferredMust be highly detail-orientedStrong organizational and time-management skillsTrack record of being able to be relied upon to work both independently and with a teamAble to work in our Anaheim office after our post-COVID commute policies are finalized (possibly hybrid commute)Benefits: 401(k)Health insuranceDental and vision reimbursementPaid time offQuarterly company-wide dinners (COVID permitting)Job Type: Full-timePay: $70,000.00 – $90,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:Monday to FridayCOVID-19 considerations:All employees are currently working remotely.Work Location: One location
