Vivos Therapeutics Inc. has been named one of The 10 Most Innovative Medical Device Companies of 2022 and we are seeking an Accounting Manager!
The Accounting Manager will have the critical responsibility of leading and supporting the accounting department. They will be responsible of all areas relating to financial reporting.
Main Job Duties and Responsibilities
Completes monthly financial close and distributes financial statements within 10 business days of month end
Assists with the annual external audit, quarterly reviews, and annual income tax return preparation
Records revenue in accordance with Company’s Revenue recognition policies
Ensures that accounts receivable are collected promptly
Verifies that expenses are properly recorded and accounts payable are paid in a timely manner
Sets up all new employees and processes all employee changes in payroll system
Processes bi-weekly payroll in the payroll system
Sets up new vendors and customers (including W-9’s) in the accounting system
Processes and records Accounts Receivable
Reviews all employee expense reports
Processes and records credit cards and receipts, as needed
Handles Accounts Payable with vendors, including checks, ACH’s and wires
Assists with annual budget preparation and variance analysis
Manage Fast Track Seminar honorarium payouts
Calculates and reports commissions
Responsible for all routine aspects of accounting including:
Monthly bank reconciliations
Monthly reconciliations of various asset, liability and equity accounts
Monthly depreciation and amortization entries
Monthly equity, debt and accrual entries
Consolidation of all entities on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
Preparation of monthly statements for various Management Service Agreements
Assists in the development and implementation of new procedures to enhance and streamline workflow of the accounting department
Provides training to new and existing accounting team members as needed
Ensures accurate and timely month end, quarterly and year end close
Maintain Company’s chart of accounts
Maintains a documented system of accounting policies, procedures and internal controls
Support CFO with special projects, and workflow improvements

Exceptional knowledge of finance, general accounting, cost accounting, and cost control principles
Leadership skills
Advanced knowledge of accounting best practices, laws, principles, standards, and state/national regulations
. Requirements:
Qualifications, Education and Experience
Associates Degree or BA/BS in accounting, CPA preferred
Minimum of 5 years of experience as an accountant or accounting manager
Experience in NetSuite (2-3 years)
QuickBooks experience required
Experience working for a public company is a plus
Salary: $100000 – $120000 / year
