Job Description : Our Financial Services client in the Radnor area is searching for an Accounts Payable Accountant to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work both independently and with a team. The Accounts Payable Accountant will be working remotely 2-3 days per week.Roles and Responsibilities:Prepare and process weekly payable check runsRecord daily transactions in Journal EntriesPerform month-end close activities for Accounts Payable accountsPerform reconciliation and make corrections of assigned accountsRespond to and resolve vendor inquiries regarding billing discrepanciesPrepare year end 1099 filings and obtain Form W-9 information from vendorsContinually review Accounts Payable activities and identify any trends or issuesRequirements:Minimum of 3 years in Accounts Payable experienceBachelor’s or Associate’s degree is requiredStrong written and verbal communication skills are necessaryGeneral accounting experience including reconciliationAnnual Salary $60,000 plus Performance BonusJob Type: Full-timePay: $58,000.00 – $60,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceWork from homePhysical Setting:OfficeSchedule:Monday to FridaySupplemental Pay:Bonus payEducation:Associate (Required)Experience:Accounts payable: 3 years (Required)Work Location: One location
