Job Description : Department: Administrative-AccountingJob Status: Full TimePOSITION SUMMARYAs the Administrative Assistant, you will be emphasizing on supporting accounting tasks. You will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and interpretation of information for management decision making. This includes complying with internal and external requirements and regulations, serving as a resource for internal and external customers, and preparing informational report. You will interface with client/vendors on billing irregularities.You will, also, be expected to act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners ensuring that action plans, projects and daily activities are correctly implemented and followed-up on time according to management’s directions.Job ResponsibilitiesSupport Accounting Manager in various accounting related special projects.Research accounting discrepancies and adjust accounts as necessary.Perform a wide variety of general accounting work including filing, billing and recording information.Establish and maintain relationships with individuals and/or other departments as needed to resolve accounting and reporting issues and questions.Assist in preparation of financial reporting as required by Accounting manager and parent company.Undertakes data entry, as well as the specification into the order management systemCoordinate incoming and outgoing communication.Drive faster decision-making and feedback by creating, communicating, and executing efficient approval processes and workflows.Identify and lead key initiatives to improve associate engagement, internal communications, and influence other department and company-wide focus areas.Any other duties that might be required from time to time.Minimum Qualifications2+ years of experience in a similar role within a multi-division organizationImpeccable accuracy and attention to detail in formatting, writing and proofreading.Strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills and good cultural awarenessTeam player and responsible individual who takes initiative and ownershipExperienced with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. MS Teams- preferred; with knowledge of ERP-SAPProficiency in time and project management; able to handle multiple priorities with speed and accuracy.Excellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to prioritize and work with, and for, diverse customers with varying leadership stylesJob Type: Full-timeSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridayApplication Question(s):What would be your expected salary range?Work Location: One location
