ýff Responsible for working in a 24×7 Security Threat Monitoring environment ýff Provide L1 security investigation support by reviewing alerts and document cases. ýff Provide threat and vulnerability analysis as well as security advisory services ýff Investigate, document, and report on information security issues and emerging trends. ýff Integrate and share information with other analysts and other teams ýff Build and tune detection content based on findings / intel. ýff Strong customer/client focus, with the ability to manage expectations appropriately, to provide a superior customer/client experience, and build long-term relationships. ýff Provide support to the team by escalating qualified alert. ýff Generate reports as per defined templates and frequency ýff Provide shift hand over reports as per defined template ýff Other duties as assigned
