Job Description : KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES § Take incoming calls using Footprints systems and answer all the concerns of parents. Create and communicate effectively value proposition for Footprints.§ Make telephone calls to the leads assigned by the system.§ Pre- qualify the leads by asking questions about their location, profiles, interests etc.§ Present information to the lead about the Footprints and Capture and Document information on the leads obtained through the tele calls in the system§ Schedule and make follow up calls to assess the level of interest of the prospect and remind them to attend the session.§ Do the follow up calls once the prospect has attended the session as per the scheduled date and time.§ Timely responding all incoming calls and WhatsApp messages§ Completing follow-ups on daily basis as per business requirements and defined workflowsKey Performance Metrics§ Total Admissions§ Lead Conversion Rate§ Meeting standard calling SLAs – Calling Hours, Break Time, Dial Time (Or Waiting Time), Pick Up Time and Wrap Up time§ Audits reports without any non-complianceJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹30,000.00 – ₹38,000.00 per monthBenefits:Cell phone reimbursementFlexible scheduleLeave encashmentPaid sick timePaid time offProvident FundSchedule:Day shiftSupplemental Pay:Commission payEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Language:English (Preferred)Speak with the employer+91-XXXXXXXXXXExpected Start Date: 14/03/2022
