This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:
BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
Expertise in application, data, and infrastructure architecture disciplines
Fluency in architecture and design across all systems
Knowledge in at least one area of technical architecture
Strategic thinking and passion for business strategy and business processes
Experience in risk and risk control compliance
Ability to work collaboratively in teams and develop meaningful relationships to achieve common goals

Technical Skill Set

12-14 years of experience developing software applications in a team environment
Experience with software architecture patterns and event-driven systems
Align with data strategy regarding data ownership and flow
Strong skills working with wireframes to determine existing and new system design
Strong ability to assess current or proposed system architectures while assessing what, if any additional changes would be needed
Experience working with APIs in regard to system design and architecture
Experience testing contracts via REST APIs in one or more general-purpose programming languages
Experience with enterprise performance profiling and optimization with tools like Loadrunner, Splunk, Elasticsearch, App Dynamics or Dynatrace
Strong understanding and application of Agile/SAFE/LEAN software development lifecycle.
