Job Description : Job descriptionJain(Deemed-to-be University invites applications for Faculty positions at the level of Assistant Professor, Associate Professor and Professor for its Department of Management with the specialization of Finance, HRM, Marketing, Business Analytics and General Management etc. The scale of pay for this position will be as per the University Regulations/ Norms.Candidates with good academic record, teaching/ research experience and working in related areas of research are encouraged to apply.Assistant Professor:Essential Qualification:Bachelors degree in any discipline First Class Master’s Degree in Business Administration /PGDM/ C.A/ ICWA/ M.Com with first class or equivalent and two years of professional experience after acquiring the degree of Masters degree.Ph.D degree in relevant field and First Class or equivalent at either Bachelors or Masters level in the relevant branch.Associate Professor:Essential Qualification:Ph.D degree in relevant field and First Class or equivalent at either Bachelors or Masters level in the relevant branch.ANDAtleast total 7 research publications in SCI Journals/UGC/ AICTE approved list of journalsANDMinimum of 8 years of experience in teaching/ research/industry out of which at least 2 years shall be post Ph.D experience.Professor:Essential Qualification:Ph.D degree in relevant field and First Class or equivalent at either Bachelors or Masters level in the relevant branch.ANDMinimum of 10 years of experience in teaching/ research/industry out of which at least 3 years shall be as equivalent to that of Associate Professor .ANDAtleast total 10 research publications at the level of Associate Professor in SCI Journals / UGC/ AICTE approved list.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹60,000.00 – ₹90,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftEducation:Doctorate (Preferred)Experience:Teaching: 1 year (Preferred)Making lesson Plans: 1 year (Preferred)total work: 1 year (Preferred)Language:English (Preferred)
