Job Description : Job descriptionLooking for full-time Accountant cum office assistance with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office.Microsoft Office is mandatory should be able to work independently.Handling incoming calls and other communications.Managing filing system.Recording information as needed.Updating paperwork, maintaining documents and word processing.Maintaining office equipment as needed.Creating, maintaining, and entering production and accounts information on a daily basisGenerating Invoices for fulfillment of orders when the product dispatches (Sometimes even during non-Office hours)Booking of Incomes, expenses, payments & receiptsCapturing attendance of employees, preparation of monthly attendance and preparation of monthly salary payment schedule, running of payroll for every monthOrganize and maintain the office filing systemManaging accounts receivables and accounts payables (sales, invoicing, vendor bills, payments etc.)Preparing cash and bank reconciliationsManaging GST, TDS, and other Tax compliance and preparing monthly TDS and GSTManaging and maintaining monthly and annual financial reporting processJob Types: Full-time, Walk-InSalary: ₹10,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per monthSpeak with the employer+91-XXXXXXXXXXJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Accounting: 2 years (Preferred)Speak with the employer+91-XXXXXXXXXX
