Job Description : We are a fast growing entrpreneurial Italian food business supplying premium (best in class), organic products globally.We are looking for an assistant accountant to manage the day to day bookkeeping and accounting of our USA subsidiary. This is a sole-charge role working remotely, but reporting to our head office finance team in London, as well as supporting local non-finance staff within the USA with day-to-day operations.Primarily responsible for sales order processing, purchase order processing, stock control, credit control, bank reconciliations and expense management. This is a broad and varied, hands-on accounting role requiring an experienced bookkeeper/accountant with strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.Key Requirements: Minimum 3-5 years bookkeeping and accounting experienceExperience of working in a stock based businessIT literate with good MS office skillsStrong Excel and spreadsheet skillsNetsuite experience or knowledge of other ERP systemsFormal bookkeeping or accountancy training and qualifications eg bachelor’s degree in accounting and/or CPA exam qualificationsWell organised and strong attention to detailJob Type: Full-timeSalary: $40,000.00 – $60,000.00 per yearBenefits:Health insuranceWork from homePhysical Setting:OfficeSchedule:Monday to FridayEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:GAAP: 3 years (Required)License/Certification:CPA (Preferred)Work Location: Remote
