Additional service includes filling professional positions, skilled trades, engineering and other professions.Role: The assistant controller is involved in the controlling of a plant to guarantee and optimize the plant’s financial performance and competitiveness.Main Responsibilities: Ensure all financial related procedures complianceDevelop, execute and control internal finance procedures including spending authorization in accordance with Group procedures and policiesEnsure site activities are compliant with Faurecia finance related procedures (product flow, inventory, routings, …)Provide reliable financial / controlling informationParticipate in forecasting processes (budget, monthly forecast, …)Manage data consolidation reporting ensuring reliability, consistency, transparency and delay complianceEnsure reliability of standard costingContribute to controlling analysis including variance analysis/standard costs, margin/programs, plant budgetary control …Collaborate with Shared Service Center providing proper finance informationContribute to provide the economic justification of investments, ensure their follow up, and optimize the cash aspectAssist Controller with month end closing process and month end reporting.Participate in the profitability and cash improvement actions (capex, inventories and overdues)Commitment to the highest ethical standards and willingness to adhere to Faurecia’s Code of Ethics and Code of Management.Qualifications: Minimum education level: Bachelor’s degreeExperience: 3 years of accounting experience, Assistant Controller experience a plusSkills & Competencies: Manufacturing experience desired, Automotive experience a plusSAP experience and advanced Excel skills desiredStrong Team PlayerGood presentation and Communication skills requiredFluent in EnglishBenefits: · Short term disability· 401K· Medical· Vision· DentalPay: · Between 55k to 70k (depending on experience)IND2Job Types: Full-time, ContractSalary: $55,000.00 – $70,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insuranceVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftExperience:GAAP: 1 year (Preferred)Controllers: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: One location
