RESPONSIBILITIES
Independently plan, design, execute experiments to assess the in-vitro functions of TCR-T/CAR-T cells
Develop T cell therapy platform and optimize cell-based immunoassays, including ex-vivo antigen-specific
T cell isolation and expansion.
Expertise with Multi-color flow cytometry, ELISA, ELISPOT, cytotoxic assays …
Supervise associate scientists for routine laboratory work and laboratory management
Serve as the major contributors for pipeline development
Undertake Ddocumentation, execution of SOPs, compliance records.
Preparation of internal training manual and conducting time-to-time assessment.
Participate in Intra meetings & Internal -team discussions.
Ability to work off-shift and extra hours as required.
KEY SKILLS NEEDED
Hands-on experience in culturing primary cells /T cells, well verse with cell culture techniques and process
equipment including Wave bioreactors.
Expertise in cell biology and immune cell profiling, experience in multi-color flow-cytometry
Hands-on experience and troubleshooting proficiency with immune cell isolation from peripheral blood and
leukopak, expansion, and cell based immunoassays
Experience with dendritic cell culture and DC-T cell co-culluture for antigen-specific T cell
Experience with lentivirus/retrovirus preparation, titration and T cell transduction
Should have excellent Ttrack record of scientific publications and accomplishments
Demonstrated ability in presenting scientific results
Excellent oral and written communication skills
A team player who can work efficiently as an individual
MANDATROY SKILLS:
The candidate MUST have the following skills without which the application will not be reviewed:
More than 5 years experiences in academic research / Biopharmaceutical Industry /cGMP
manufacturing.
Excellent working experience in aseptic/sterile techniques and prior experience with cell culture
and upstream process.
