Job Description : Purpose of the position
Support in overall monitoring, reporting, analysis and coordination of legal/managerial financial statement
Implementing and supervising structured interactions and improvements with all relevant stakeholders

Position content
A. Actuals and Closing
1. Ensure delivery and execution of financial actuals, closing and reporting activities for the assigned reporting
units
2. Ensures Integrity of financial statements and management reports in accordance with our Accounting Rules,
international and local statutory accounting standards
3. Performs balance sheet monitoring i.e, financial variance analysis and understanding of open items
4. Posting of Judgement based accruals
5. Asset management, Pre-close analysis, business reporting and tax postings
B. Analysis, Budgeting and Forecasting
6. Supports Finance controller and business in setting up Budget for the year
7. Monitor non-manufacturing Opex against budget, RAF and PY actuals
8. Preparation and discussion of Budget/Actuals with budget holders
9. Setup of business cycles in SAP with help from GDC
Business Partnering with Non-Commercial and Non-Manufacturing functions and support through
A. management reports
B. Ensuring compliances of legal entity (Statutory Audit, Internal Financial Control, Internal Audit, Tax Audit,
Income Tax return, Transfer Pricing)
C. Continuous improvement of Finance processes and activities to manage efficiency and quality
D. Work closely with FSS team in accounting, closing and reporting (SAP SEM, IAS 12, Crystal etc) activities
E. Ensure correct Intercompany billing for services and reimbursement

F. Support to Legal entity and Operations Controller in day to day activities
Education & experience required –
Chartered Accountant
2. Knowledge – Financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting, Accounting and Controlling knowledge
3. Business awareness
4. Knowledge of SAP
