Job Description : About the Role:

This is a Growth marketing manager role where he/she will be responsible for Handling Affiliates & Partnerships channels.

Responsibilities & KRAs:

Execution knowledge of ad channels such as Affiliates & Brand Partnerships.
Work with Dunzo’s legal team to refine and iterate on agreements, and work with affiliate partners to negotiate contract terms
Must have knowledge of all fraud detection tools such as Protect 360, Mfilter, and others.
Contributes to marketing effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed.
Research and assess, implement emerging methodologies and practices and make recommendations for the marketing channel.
Work closely with other functions – product, business development, marketing finance & data analytics to plan, execute, and report marketing campaigns.

Qualifications/Skills required :

3+ years of experience in Brand Partnership / Affiliate marketing (3-5 yrs of total working experience)
Bachelor’s degree; MBA but not a must
Experience working in an e-commerce platform
Experience with creating theme and situation based campaigns
Understanding of in-app user navigation and journeys
Problem-solving skills in constrained environments
Ability to derive actionable insights from consumer data and campaign information
Ability to work with multiple stakeholders
An innate desire to win!
