Job Description : Roles & Responsibilities:
Standardizing Regional and Group reporting
Working hand in hand with the business and the commercial director to develop future success strategies & business plans
Presenting financial information to senior management and head office to support decision making and to drive actions
Analyzing and interpreting business results tracks achievement versus strategic targets, and proposes corrective measures
Monitoring & reporting the Cost Centre costs of the Sales & Marketing organization
Acting as a sparring partner to the business to ensure realistic forecasts, assumptions, and cost estimates
Leading the Sales & Marketing budget process
Continuously improving the management information system of the company
Monitoring & reporting on-going receivables & payables of the Sales & Marketing organization and ensuring timely resolution of reconciliation issues
Pro-actively supporting the Finance team to ensure on-time the audit performance
Your ideal profile:
Education: Certified Chartered Accountant (CA)/ ICWA
Master degree in finance (MBA)
Minimum 3 years of experience gained in a similar position ideally in retail, consumer, or manufacturing company
Knowledge/ experience in financial planning and profitability analysis, discount/promotion planning/calculations, and reporting
Knowledge/ experience in preparation of Budget and Monthly Rolling Forecasting for Sales and EBIT
Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge in various Reporting Tools
Knowledge of SAP is a plus
Excellent attention to details and a high level of accuracy
Proactive and highly dedicated, adaptable to a fast-paced and complex environment
Strong stakeholder management skills
Proficiency in English
