Process Overview*
Global Finance was set up in 2007 as a part of the CFO Global Delivery strategy to provide offshore delivery to Line of Business and Enterprise Finance functions. The capabilities hosted include Accounts Payable, General Accounting & Reconciliations, Management Reporting & Analysis, Research & Analytics, Financial Transaction Processing and Finance Systems Support.
Over the years, the scope of Global Finance has been expanded to include operations for other enterprise control functions like Human Resources and Risk and Compliance.
Job Description*
Business Process Automation support to aid in driving opportunity assessment, prioritization, and process automation across GFC. This person will be responsible for assisting business teams to expedite implementation of automated solutions through collaboration with other CFO, CIO, and Enterprise Architecture teams to provide a consistent and governed approach in accordance with data management and tech strategy models. This person would serve in a business support role for training and hand-off of new and emerging tools used in process optimization efforts.
Responsibilities*Displays ease with communication with various business partners at all levels in a clear and concise manner along with experience on working within onshore and offshore modelStrong knowledge in data warehousing concepts. Good understanding of Alteryx, Tableau, SharePoint, VB, SQL, Data Modeling and other newly upcoming technologies.Drive opportunity identification and articulation efforts and develop associated proposals for opportunity realization.Serves as a seasoned/proficient operational resource as well as providing strong analytical and problem solving capabilitiesSupporting the development of an automation opportunity assessment framework and an associated automation tool selection criteria to ensure right tools are applied to the right opportunitiesPartner with business areas to assess their process opportunities, facilitate process remediation/redesign activities and definition of appropriate automation approach to drive benefit realizationMust be a self-motivator and a quick learner, able to work well under tight deadlines while maintaining high levels of accuracyProven ability to work with system tools in complex environments and good understanding of business.Leverage existing subject matter expertise on process optimization methods and tools as well as skills to develop engagement approaches for new technologies such as robotic process automation and self-service.Work alongside CFO ASAP and Technology teams to adhere to data and technology standards.Requirement Gathering and preparation of BRD, Coming up with first version of solution.Carry out all activities related to testing – test scripts, test plans, test execution

o 5 – 7 Year experience in Process optimization and Business solution development (e.g. Rapid App Development/EUC development capability)
o Continuous improvement (KPI definition, assessment, opportunity identification and delivery)
o Advanced Excel experience
o Prior experience with either of self-service tools such as Alteryx and Tableau, SharePoint, Power pivot, Visual Basic, SQL and others
o Good documentation skills to capture test results and report them to onshore process team
o Good analytical skills and ability identify/raise questions
o Good organization skills and attention to detail
