Let’s explore how we can power the possible—for you.As part of our accounting team, the Associate Accountant duties include, but are not limited to, collection of data and information and maintain files.What You’ll Do!· Pulling invoices and attaching as paperclip to JDE transaction· Create DRQ’s in Salesforce for audit control (Rent-up, Overage and Manual Billing)· Create welcome packets for new leases (welcome letter, W-9, tenant statement example, future invoice)· Scan leases and email to Lease Administrator· Receive insurance certificates, scan, and up-load to Egnyte directory· Maintain clerical files for property tax documents· Run quarterly sales & occupancy reports for all property loans· Data validation – JDE to OneStream· Run monthly financial statements· Bi-monthly migration of files (bank statements, balance sheets, operating statements, outstanding check reports)Does This Sound Like You?High School / GED requiredProficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) preferredDemonstrates attention to detailProactive, positive, and can-do attitude essential to success in this positionAbility to work autonomously with strong time management skillsWe Have to Mention: The ability to self-disclose that you identify as neurodiverse is a requirement of this position.This position is not eligible for employment sponsorship.Physical Demands· Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards· Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.· Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitorIf you are interested in this position, please apply using the “Apply ” option.
