Job Title: Digital Campaign Manager Work Location: Bengaluru Department: Marketing Job Overview The Digital Campaign Manager will design and implement vibrant and effective digital marketing campaigns ýff email marketing, drip marketing and Social Media campaigns including LinkedIn & Google Ads. He is responsible for ideating, conceptualizing, execution & post event analysis. Coordination with key stakeholders with excellent communication skills is mandatory. Expertise in analyzing and understanding various databases and online analytics tools, such as Google Analytics and marketing automation tools (Pardot / Canddi) is a must have. Demonstrated experience in deploying smart marketing techniques to enhance brand image and web-search visibility is also essential. Should have a flair of automating reports through rules, work with ease on engagement studio & draw dashboards on regular basis. Multi-channel experience across earned and paid media is a must, with a track record of strong B2B customer engagement leveraging the latest in customer experience. Competence in understanding the leverage of web development tools is also critical to success in the role. Responsibilities & Duties ýff Planning, executing and measuring the campaign in alignment with the brand agenda and execute on the focus on results ýff Deep understanding & knowledge of all email & SM campaigns ýff End-to-end ownership of integrated and ad hoc marketing campaigns with the aim of acquiring and retaining customers ýff Deep insight capabilities to interpret campaign data to continuously measure ROIs and increase effectiveness. ýff Audience focus (industry segmentation, titles, persona, functions, accounts, existing customers & targeted prospects) ýff Defining and executing on parameters for effective campaign content (templates, CTA, best practices, personalization) ýff Deep analysis, reporting & dashboards for campaigns ýff Best practices to be incorporated & a comparison of what competitors & industries doing to be used on regular basis Required Skills ýff Strong brand strategy and communication skills with the ability to identify the target audience and create a digital campaign that is engaging, informative and results-focused ýff Understanding Infra services & operations ýff Proficiency in marketing automation tools & analysis of data ýff Strong project management skills with good knowledge of MS Powerpoint & Excel ýff Functional statistical analysis and research capability ýff Essential financial acumen to manage budgets ýff Adept in social media engagement both professionally and personally ýff Good conversational skills to talk to third party Educational Qualifications & work experience ýff B.E/ B. Tech preferred for understanding technology ýff Bachelor’s / Masterýffs degree in Business, Marketing or Communications ýff Experience of 6-8 years as Digital Campaign Manager with strong exposure in a B2B environment in a medium to large enterprise environment ýff Should have handled alone many campaigns on different platforms & is well versed with nuances of social campaigns
