Job Description : We are looking for an enthusiastic Associate in Marketing to help us in our overall marketing efforts. You will be an integral part of the development and execution of marketing plans to reach targets from brand awareness to product promotion.Responsibilities :Brainstorming and developing ideas for creative marketing campaigns.Assisting in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, advertising, etc.)Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies.Communicate with target audiences and build and develop customer relationships.Track marketing performance and return on investment and prepare weekly or monthly reports for management.Evaluate and review marketing campaigns, advertising, and SEO to make sure the correct mediums are being used and campaigns are effective.Boost the presence of the organization by both organic and paid posts.Build strategies on the weekly / monthly targets of customer acquisitions.Should have prior experience in Social Media Marketing in Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter, and Google My Business.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Contractual / Temporary, InternshipContract length: 6 monthsSalary: Up to ₹15,000.00 per monthBenefits:Commuter assistanceFlexible scheduleWork from homeSchedule:Flexible shiftSupplemental Pay:Commission payPerformance bonusCOVID-19 considerations:Allowed to work from home permanently.Education:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:total work: 1 year (Preferred)
