Their solutions benefit clients in areas of strategic alignment, business acumen, leadership and salesJob Title: Associate Quality Engineer – Management Consulting – MumbaiJob Responsibilities –Own a Quality Focus Area and all the features and needs in it.Establish and evolve formal Quality processes, ensuring that the team is using industry accepted best practicesEngage in discussions with cross-functional teams in coming up with better Quality solutions at an organizational levelCreate and maintain Quality documentationDevelop and execute test cases, scripts, plans and procedures (manual and automated) as per client requirementsLog, track, and close defects throughout the software development processDevelop expert knowledge of BTS’ own platform and systems, library of content, components and interfaces, and recommend ways to improve and maintain themKey Skills:Key Skills:Strong communication and people skills are necessary as is the ability to work independentlyCucumber will be added advantageAutomation experience with Selenium web driver and cucumber is a big plus.Working on requirements and needs for software products is a plusAbility to organize and capture functional complexity in comprehensive test plansAbility to create clear and concise bug reports with actionable steps to reproduceExperience with HTML, JavaScript, CSS is necessary. Experience with Angular.js is a plus.Expertise in testing eLearning products and/or business simulations would be a big plus, Proven teamwork in cross-functional, global teamsStrong analytical and troubleshooting skillsAbility to work on multiple projects simultaneouslyExcellent communication skills both verbal and writtenMandatory:Good understanding of test methodologies and tools to perform them.
