Job Description : ***CPA designation is required*** We are big on culture and we pride ourselves on work life balance. We hold multiple team building events in and out of the office, happy hours, and team dinners. Currently all employees have the option to be 100% remote, but soon everyone will be on a hybrid schedule with 3 days in the office, and 2 at home.Audit Managers will be responsible for, but not limited to, directing work of engagement team, overseeing team projects, performing assessments and offering solutions to clients, conducting research and planning and making recommendations to senior management, and identifying and recommending new business opportunities for the firm. Responsibilities also include reviewing auditing reports and management letters. This position reports to the Audit Partners.The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, interpersonal, technology, communication, and analytical skills. Bachelor’s degree in accounting and at least 4 to 5 years of public accounting experience, preferably in a middle-market environment. Proficiency with CCH Engagement is a plus!Job Type: Full-timePay: $135,000.00 – $140,000.00 per yearSchedule:Monday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate:Orlando, FL: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Education:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Public Accounting: 5 years (Required)CCH Engagement: 1 year (Preferred)Auditing: 4 years (Preferred)Work Location: One location
