Job Description : Our public accounting firm is seeking an audit manager to oversee audits in Kentucky and Tennessee. Our firm specializes in, but is not limited to, governmental and nonprofit financial statement audits.Responsibilities of Audit Manager:Leading all aspects of assurance engagements, from planning to completionSupervising and mentoring staff and senior accountantsBuilding and maintaining client relationshipsManaging multiple audit/review engagementsRequirements of Audit Manager:Bachelor’s degree in accountingMinimum of 5 years’ experience in public accountingCPA certificationBe a member in good standing with the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA) and State Institute of CPAsCompensation/Benefits:Compensation based on experienceBenefits include employee health and vision insurance, SIMPLE IRA, paid time offOpportunity for partner trackFlexible and remote working optionsJob Type: Full-timePay: $50,000.00 – $100,000.00 per yearPhysical Setting:OfficeSchedule:Monday to FridayEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Public Accounting: 5 years (Preferred)License/Certification:CPA Certification (Required)Work Location: One location
