Job Description : Our client in MN is looking for an Audit Manager to join them for the next 3-4 months. We are looking for a candidate who has previous audit/internal control testing background.This role is a full-time, 40 hours/week commitment.This role will be performed REMOTE.Responsibilities (included, but not limited to)- SOX compliance, preparing audit reports, reporting results to management and other related duties- Perform and control the audit cycle including risk management and control management over operations’ effectiveness- Conduct month-end close and reconciliations- Implement process improvement and recommend solutions- Evaluate financial documents for accuracy and compliance with federal regulations- Assess risk management tacticsQualifications- Previous experience in audit/internal control testing background- CPA is preferred- Knowledge of accounting standards/regulations- Strong organizational skills- Excellent verbal and written communication skills**APPLY TODAY**Job Types: Full-time, Contract, TemporaryPay: $60.00 – $80.00 per hourSchedule:Monday to FridayWork Location: One location
