Job Description : SummaryWe are looking for a bright, talented, qualified full-time bookkeeper with an understanding of accounting and the ability to handle multiple business entities.Job DescriptionAccounts ReceivableAccounts PayableGeneral Ledger: Reconcile balance sheet accounts, bank statementsPerforms daily accounting operations to assure the accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, tax returns, and budgets.Basic office task – filing, data entry, scanning.Assist with preparing monthly financial statementsReconcile accounts including outgoing and incoming funds.Prepares and records asset, liability, revenue and expenses entries by compiling and analyzing account informationMaintains and balances subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, reconciling transactions; resolving discrepanciesSummarizes financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss, and other statementsREQUIREMENTSAccounting Degree preferred or 1 to 3+ years Accounting Work ExperienceComputer Literacy (Windows, Excel, Word)Demonstrate Problem Solving SkillsExcellent Interpersonal CommunicationDeveloped Organizational Skills and Detail OrientatedAbility to Self-Direct and Multi-task in a shared office spacePersonal AccountabilityAbility to manage the workload of multiple entitiesTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.EEO StatementOur company is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
