Job Description : Bookkeeping And accounting scope of work 1- Daily enter vendor Bills received by email into Quick Books online and enter a pdf copy into DropBox2- Check vendor statements received and compare with our records in Quick Books3- Resolve any vendor accounting issues such as late payments, credits issued, discrepancies with the vendor4- Reconcile all checking accounts and credit cards5- Daily enter all deposits received into Quick Books6- Daily enter all credit card charges into Quick Books7- Prepare Invoices for all customers in Quick Books and save a copy in Drop Box8- Upload all NYC contract invoices into Passport (Software issued by city of NY)9- Follow up with customers for late payments10- Issue purchase orders for two contracts11- Create a tracking spreadsheet using Microsoft Excel to track purchase orders, track shipping and invoicing for two contracts.12- Update current product price lists using advanced Microsoft excel spreadsheet functions such asVlookup13- Assist in various data entry for two existing websitesJob Type: Full-timePay: $30,850.00 – $48,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)Professional development assistanceSchedule:8 hour shiftSupplemental Pay:Bonus payExperience:QuickBooks: 1 year (Required)Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Required)Work Location: Multiple Locations
