Job Description : Your field of responsibility
Your main responsibilities will include
Requirements’ analysis for multiple applications in the department of Private Banking and Platform IT Technology Division
Collaborating within a project team to deliver technology solutions for solving business problems
Managing requirements backlog, prioritization, estimations and planning
Supporting User Acceptance Testing, defect analysis and resolution
Demonstrating developed features and supporting business adoption through training and documents

Your skills and experience
A successful candidate will have
Strong academic foundation with (preferably) a degree in MBA / PGDBM / B.Tech
Relevant certification like CFA, FRM or CBAP would be an advantage
8-12 years of relevant business analysis experience within banking and financial services, preferably in Credit Risk or Private Banking area
Strong hand in writing functional specifications and user stories
SQL skills and experience in data analysis
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Experience of independently managing end to end delivery of complex projects
Effective partner management, experience in facing senior business partners, and ability to engage with functional experts from other departments of the banks
Self-motivated and proven ability to work with little supervision
Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner (written and verbal)
Effective time management – able to work under pressure and meet deadlines for both project related and non-project related tasks.
Good team-player and keen on taking new and diverse tasks/assignments
