Job Description : Take complete ownership for a group of students – including onboarding, detailedcounselling, regular follow-ups and overall responsibility of the account.Develop a deep understanding of the university admissions process and applicationcycle.Develop a trusted relationship with students as their Coach for any guidance regardinguniversity admissions.Review the progress of every student application on an ongoing basis to understand thecurrent level of performance and debottleneck with different teams.Building cross-discipline relationships in the organization, partnering closely with theGrowth team, Student Counsellors, Key Account Managers, and other support functionswhile providing feedback and insights.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹35,000.00 – ₹60,000.00 per monthBenefits:Health insuranceLife insuranceProvident FundSchedule:Day shiftMorning shiftSupplemental Pay:Performance bonusEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Business development: 1 year (Preferred)Admission Sales: 1 year (Preferred)Expected Start Date: 07/03/2022
