Our team consists of creative thinkers and field experts and with the help of our technology we can deliver a positive change in the way people fulfil their pharmacy needs one sachet at a time.Job Description Importance of the Role: As the Clinical Customer Care Pharmacist, your primary objective would be driving the vision for consistency in customer support standards. This would involve communicating with customers via phone, email or face-to-face in relation to our product. The purpose of this role is to be a trusted advisor to customers while partnering with internal cross-functional teams to understand customer goals, key performance metrics, and exceed those goals throughout customer life cycle. Customer Success Executive is responsible for retention, adoption, and expansion of Pharmallama services with assigned base of customers. Top priority for this role is to ensure high-quality experience for our customers, resulting with their satisfaction and advocacy.Roles & ResponsibilitiesYou will be the first point of contact and thereby the spokesperson of the company with the customersYou will be required to manage customer relations, handle their queries via calls, texts, emailsMaintaining a detailed record of the customer communications for QC and audit purposesPrescription verification, validation, drug recommendation and complianceOrder creation of valid prescriptionsCommunicating with internal team to discuss sales targets and order fulfillmentYour KPIs will include: Customer first response time, Issue resolution time, customer satisfaction score, expansion revenue %, customer retention rateYour secondary KRAs will include supporting the Pharma Ops team in the dispensing processQualifications/Requirements for the role: CANDIDATES WITH B.PHARM/ M.PHARM/ PHARM D./ D.
