What you will learn and contribute to

This program manager role is part of CNS BA Business Transform & Global Program team and to support the Analytics BU.
The Program Manager, is required to work with an array of teams across the Organization (Product/Solution Managers, R&D Development, Quality to Privacy and Security) to ensure successful delivery of products and ensuring value is delivered in a timely fashion to the customers.
The program manager leads, manages, and coordinates product development programs and leads the release process with the goal of executing strategy and meeting business – Day-to-day tasks include: project and program management, internal customer management, stakeholder management, risk management, and escalation management.
Plan Organize, lead, and manage CNS BA Programs and releases from its decision to invest all the way to its completion.
Manage program project activities, risks and reporting (functional and other KPI)
Lead program with focus of satisfying and building a trusting relationship with internal and external customers.
Provide detailed plans according to Nokia Lifecycle process, finding balance between business requirements, content, schedule, quality and resources. – Own program master plan including overseeing and controlling program execution of all program decision points.
Direct stakeholders to deliver realistic plans and to ensure all necessary steps are taken to deliver agreed upon release output. – Manage projects and programs independently but with collaborative spirit to offer a check and balance approach.
Ensure service readiness teams – delivery, implementation, support, proof of concept teams, etc.- have a voice and service readiness program elements have been delivered as agreed upon.
Play an active role, and in some cases drive, retrospectives and continuous improvements efforts, ensuring our organization matures. – Provide program status, including program KPIs, to stakeholders.
Possess confident communication skills allowing program manager to come across with confidence and leadership during challenging project events – Perform escalation management for projects when out of bounds or critical issues arise.
Coordinate program by have regularly scheduled core team meetings to foster program/project collaboration

Your skills and experience
8-10+ years of relevant experience in delivering software releases and leading programs.
E2E program management experience – program planning, starting with release creation in cooperation with product and development managers to define release content and ensure key project variables – i.e. resources, schedule, risk management
Program Management experience and Strong knowledge of Nokia CREATE process
Strong knowledge of SAFE processes and Played Release Train Engineer role
Domain expertise in CNS Business Applications Analytics Products
Understanding and experience of Project Management Knowledge areas (PMP Certified).
Experience using root cause techniques to correct problems with process and product (5 whys,
Experience managing multiple software development projects or projects in a program with
Strong follow-up/coordination skills with ability to complete job functions and close program action items with little supervision.
Strong diplomatic, negotiating, and influential skills to guarantee program progress while adhering to Nokia policies and procedures.
Experience working with distributed teams, complex organizational structures, multicultural and functional teams.
Strong risk and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent problem-solving skills and decisive decision-making skills.
Strong written and verbal English communications skills with experience reporting project status
Ability to have fun, grow, and foster open communication with your respective teams
