Backed by 50 years of Experience & over 200 clients,Job Description: We are looking for a Commercial Assistant who will act as a helping hand to our Commercial Assistant Manager in her day to day work, preparing and maintaining documents, preparing reports and assisting in other works.Duties/Responsibilities: Prepares documents and forms to move goods efficiently through import and export steps and procedures.Reviews paperwork and documents to ensure shipping, handling, storage charges, and customs fees are billed correctly.Maintains a database that tracks merchandise.Processes claims on merchandise shortages and overages.providing support to commercial bankersproviding customer service to commercial banking customersmonitoring and maintenance of reportsPerforms other duties as assigned.Required Skills/Abilities: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Knowledge of shipping regulations and policies.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.Qualification: Graduate with B.Com Degree or Logistics.Have basic knowledge about Banks.1 – 2 years of Experience.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹12,000.00 – ₹18,000.00 per monthBenefits:Cell phone reimbursementLeave encashmentSchedule:Day shiftEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:total work: 1 year (Preferred)Application Deadline: 16/03/2022
